Markets in Los Alcázares

Murcia, Region of Murcia

The Los Alcázares market scene runs on a simple weekly rhythm along the shores of the Mar Menor. The main market sets up every Tuesday morning on Avenida Julián Romea, with around 40 stalls selling fresh produce, clothing, and footwear. On Saturdays, the neighbouring village of Los Narejos hosts its own open-air market.

In summer, an evening street market lines Avenida de la Libertad every night, selling clothing, jewellery, and prepared food until late. You can find official schedules on the Los Alcázares municipal website.

Street markets in Los Alcázares

Los Alcázares has three street markets spread across the week. The Tuesday market is the largest and draws locals from across the Mar Menor area. The Los Narejos market on Saturdays is a good alternative if you're staying further along the coast. If you're exploring the wider region, San Pedro del Pinatar and Cartagena both have their own weekly markets worth checking out.
